HSE stands for Health, Safety, and Environment, which is a multidisciplinary framework and system used by organizations to manage workplace hazards, protect employee well-being, and minimize environmental impact.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical), Environmental Science, Nursing, or any related technical discipline.
2. Must be a DOLE-certified Safety Officer 2 (SO2) or Safety Officer 3 (SO3), having completed the mandatory 40-hour BOSH or COSH training from an accredited Safety Training Organization (STO).
3. Valid Standard First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the Philippine Red Cross or any DOLE-recognized institution.
4. Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in implementing health, safety, and environmental programs in facilities, manufacturing or plant is an advantage but not required
5. Registered professional license (PRC) is an advantage but not required
